La Niña (Spanish for girl child) causes above-average precipitation across...the Pacific Northwest...and more hurricanes in the Atlantic and less in the Pacific. La Niñas occurred in 1904, 1908, 1910, 1916, 1924, 1928, 1938, 1950, 1955, 1964, 1970, 1973, 1975, 1988, 1995, 1998, 2010, and 2011...and now again in 2013! :) Welcome Autumn Rain!
i get this question a lot...what are you? used to drive me crazy when i was younger. sometimes i would get a laugh when folks would speak to me in spanish. i love the diversity of being amerasian and am proud to be half vietnamese half caucasion.
